CBS has carried a story telling us that Roberts changed his mind in May and instead of following the law, sided with the four super liberals who we know view the US Constitution as an impediment and a restraint on their judicial activism. What is disturbing, most of all, is the fact tha Roberts wrote a diabolically incoherent rant to support his position that Obamacare was a "tax", and at the same time chose to rewrite the legislation on behalf of the incredibly ignorant democrat Congressional leadership who failed to read the bill they submitted and ultimately voted for, imposing the mkost draconian plan of destroying 1/7th of the US economy on Christmas Eve 2010!Roberts Changed His Vote
